Urban Cooling are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person to work closely with our team of senior surveyors.

They are a well-established and progressive company based in Chatham, Kent. We carry out installations primarily in residential and light commercial properties within the M25 and home counties.

Salary & Hours

Predominantly Office based role minimum wage whilst training

FT – 8.30am – 4.30pm paye

28 Days Holiday

You will be responsible for;-

• Carrying out video and site surveys using our internal software forms to capture information for to be able to issue quotations to our customers.
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
• Producing technical quotations for non-standard installations.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and addressing customer concerns.

You will be expected to get the following results.

1. Complete customer onsite and video surveys relating to their proposed residential air conditioning installation
2. Help maintain customer relations

You will need?

1. To be confident with strangers in face to face site or video surveys  - (This is crucial)
2. Effective communication skills and the ability to listen to customers' requirements. 
3. Experience in face to face selling an advantage.
4. Proficient in zoom & other modern office and conference call software.
5. 3 years experience in a practical job. 
6. Regular telephone user
7. People person (ability to come across with confidence)

• Personally organised.
• Punctual and Timely
• Good understanding of computers and keeping software systems updated .
• Good understanding of computers and other cloud based software such as CRM’s.
