Urban Cooling is an Air-Conditioning Specialist that provides units to Apartments, Listed Buildings and Residential Properties in London and the South East.

They are seeking an Experienced Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer who wants to progress their career.

This is an important role, and you will be part of a growing, successful team, that are focused on getting the Business to the next level.

** A Valid UK Driving Licence is required for travel between jobs **

This is open to PAYE or on a Self-Employed basis

Salary & Hours

£45,000 – £55,000 per annum + overtime + performance incentives

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (overtime available)

FT - Permanent

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on residential air conditioning systems
2. Diagnose and repair faults on split, multi-split and internal AC systems
3. Complete service reports and compliance documentation (F-Gas, TM44 where applicable)
4. Provide excellent customer service in occupied residential properties

5. High first-time fix rate
6. Positive customer feedback and reviews
7. Compliance with F-Gas and company procedures
8. Efficient use of time and materials

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

9. Strong fault-finding skills on residential AC systems
10. Good understanding of refrigeration cycles
11. Ability to work independently and manage own diary
12. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
13. Basic IT skills for job reporting

Experience Needed

14. Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential air conditioning
15. Experience servicing split and multi-split systems
16. Experience working in occupied homes/apartments

Other Special Requirements

17. Valid UK driving licence
18. F-Gas Category 1 certification
19. Physically fit for work
