Our clients are an Established, Family Run, multi site Commercial Vehicle Bodyshop business covering Essex and Kent. This role is at the Sidcup Branch.

Spectrum VR Group are seeking an Enthusiastic, Passionate and Results-oriented Vehicle Bodyshop Estimator who will be an important cog in a growing & successful team who are focused on getting the business to the next level.

Salary & Benefits Package

•  £40,000 - £45K OTE results based bonus scheme
• 45 Hrs - 7.00 – 17.00 – office based.

Key Requirements of the role

1. To record a list of damages to the customer’s vehicles
2. To use Audatex to calculate costs and the time required to complete all necessary repairs accurately and professionally.
3. To liaise and negotiate repair approvals with insurance engineers and customers.
4. To complete job packs and prepare invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
    

Results expected in this position.

1. Estimating to do list up to date within 24 hours
2. Invoices up to date on daily basis
3. Hit Profit targets, review and measure individual profitability by job
4. Accuracy of estimate to reality

1. To work to high standards, be self-motivated and able to multitask in a busy environment.
2. Punctuality
3. BSI standards

Knowledge, skills and abilities needed for this position

1. To have excellent communication skills
2. Negotiating skills
3. IT competence
4. An ability to compile a  MACE opinion Estimate

Experience needed for this position

1. To have proven experience working in a similar role in a busy Body Shop in excess of 3 years 
2.  Preferable with Audatex accreditation.
3. All round experience of commercial motor vehicles

Other/special requirements for this position

1. To have a valid Full UK Driving Licence 
2. Must be eligible to work in the UK
