Ottevanger Milling Engineers is a Dutch Company who supply & service milling machinery to the animal feed industry around the UK and into Ireland.

They are seeking Experienced, Flexible Engineers who want to Progress their Careers.

This is an important role, and you will be part of a growing, successful team who are focused on getting the business to the next level, so you will be an Important Cog in their Growth Plan.

Salary & Hours

£45k + weekend overtime OTE 55K

Full Time, 40 hrs a week

Duties & Responsibilites

1. Perform annual mechanical inspections to animal feed equipment
2. Perform annual mechanical service work to animal feed equipment
3. Respond to customer site issues/breakdowns
4. “Spare and Wear” part sales
5. Promoting our new Service Level Agreements with customers

Results Expected in this Position

1. UK and Ireland travel

4. Be respectful of other people’s property. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

1. Mechanical engineering experience
2. Rotating machinery experience
3. Self-motivated
4. Able to mechanically fault find
5. Flexibility to travel UK and Ireland to support customers 

Experience Needed

1. A good knowledge of rotating equipment (bearings/couplings/conveyors)
2. Perform work under pressure
3. Confined space confident 

Other Special Requirements

1. Full UK driving licence
2. Physically fit, some heavy lifting is required, some feed mills have lots of steps!
3. Confident to book work / visits in with customers to keep diary busy.
