Trade Counter Sales Person (Plumbing)

RLS Plumbing & Heating Supplies is a Plumbing & Heating Merchant and Service Provider who pride themselves on Quality Workmanship and Outstanding Customer Service.

They are looking for a highly-motivated, reliable sales person with a can-do attitude, to Work in and Manage Daily Operations and drive sales growth to the next level.

This is a full time position that requires a confident, driven individual, able to work both independently and as part of a growing, successful team.

Salary & Hours

£28K - £35K (subject to experience)

7 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday

Every other Saturday 8 am - 1 pm

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Serving customers
2. Taking deliveries
3. Managing stock levels
4. Ordering & Booking stock in/out
5. Quoting materials (email, phone & f2f)
6. End of day banking
7. End of month sales figures prepared
8. Locking & opening up
9. Face-to-face sales
10. Answering phones
11. Managing other staff members
12. Setting sales targets 
13. Tracking leads and enquiries

2. Previous experience with POS systems is Essential
3. Managerial experience is Essential
4. Retail experience is an advantage

Other/Special Requirements

** Driving licence required for ad-hoc local deliveries **
