They are seeking an experienced, passionate and Sales-oriented Ship Chartering & Agency Manager to lead & grow the business in line with targets.

Responsibilities

  1. Developing & delivering planned marketing activity.
  2. Generating new business sales
  3. Managing & delivering operational performance
  4. Work as a team member

  1. Proactively manager and deliver new & existing customer opportunities
  2. Grow the business in line with Business targets
  3. To become a leader of the  logistics team
  4. Engage well with customers at events
  5. Uphold ISO 9001 QA award

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 3 years experience.

      2. Very good shipbroker knowledge

      3. Ships Agency/Stevedoring/Cranes knowledge advantage

      4. Oversee logistics dept/cover colleagues when needed

      5. Good communication skills in writing etc..

 

Salary & benefits package

£40 to £50K PA dependent on experience, plus timely bonuses based on success. 

This is a full Time Commitment Position
