Henry Pumps is a Pump Retail Specialist based in Chesterfield and who supply nationally & also have an in house repair facility.

They are seeking an Experienced, Passionate and Results-Oriented Telesales Person , and someone who wants to progress their career.

This is an important role, and you will be part of a Growing, Successful Team who are focused on Getting the Business to the Next Level.

 

Salary & Hours - Full Time or PT Pro Rata.  £28K - £32K per annum + success bonuses OTE £35K

Full time working in the office

Mon – Thu 8.00-5.00 & Fri 8.00 – 4.00.

Duties and responsibilities

  1. Increase closure rate for enquiries that already exist in the pipeline.
  2. To identify new business opportunities, new lead generation, new accounts.
  3. Nudge open enquiries over the finish line.
  4. Prepare welcome packs and deliver those items both digitally and in physical form - quotes, stationary, brochures etc.
  5. Longer-term to work with an external BDM and feed this person opportunities that would benefit from a site visit/face-to-face meeting

Results expected 

  1. Reduce the open pipeline by 20% by the end of 3 month probation.
  2. Generate a minimum of 15 genuine new leads/opportunities per week.
  3. Provide external BDM with a minimum of 5 high quality face-to-face meets per week.
  4. Prepare & send a minimum of 20 welcome packs per week.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  1. An affable & confident telephone manner 
  2. Proficient with computer software - emails, office, CRM (training given).
  3. Able to eliminate tyre-kickers quickly.

Experience Needed

  1. Regular telephone user
  2. Use of zoom/teams or other online meeting software
  3. IT software skills.
  4. Communication skills by telephone and email and in person.

  1. Rapidly growing business - identify areas of expansion.
