Chambers Timber are an Established, Family Run, Timber Merchant who supply the Construction Trade predominantly in the London Area.

They are seeking an Enthusiastic, Passionate and Results-oriented Marketing Manager to Create & Deliver an Effective Marketing Plan that will lead the business to its Growth Targets.

This is a new role for the business, so you will be an important part of a growing, successful team who are focused on getting the business to the next level.

 

Key Requirements of the role

Responsibilities

● Develop a detailed Marketing Plan.

● Create & Manage marketing strategies for the business.

●  Establish a suitable CRM to capture leads generated through marketing efforts, and nurture them.

●  Analyse marketing data and reports to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimise future campaigns.

● Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

●  Manage and maintain a strong online brand presence across various digital platforms.

● Manage and maintain the content base of the firm’s website.

● Photography & photo editing understanding would be beneficial.


 

Qualifications

● A minimum of 2 years working in a marketing position (Construction Industry experience an advantage) or a Graduate of Marketing or Business.  

● Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

● In-depth technical expertise in using social media platforms for marketing purposes (e.g. LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).

●  Experience & understanding of how to get the best from a CRM.

● Proven ability to manage and analyse marketing data using tools like Google Analytics 

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

 

Salary & Benefits Package

  • £14 to £18 an hour basic, dependent on experience, plus timely bonuses based on success. 
  • F/T 25K to 40K OTE 
  • 25 to 40 hours a week predominantly in the office, subject to negotiation.
