They are seeking an Enthusiastic, Passionate and Results-oriented Marketing individual to Create & Deliver an Effective Marketing Plan that will lead the business to its Growth Targets.

This is a new role for the business, so you will be an important part of a growing & successful team who are focused on getting the business to the next level.

Salary & Benefits Package

•  £30,000 - £35,000 Subject to Experience
• 37.5 Hrs - 9.00 – 17.00 – office based.

Key Requirements of the role

Responsibilities

● Develop a detailed Marketing Plan.

● Create & Manage marketing strategies for the business.

● Establish a suitable CRM to capture leads generated through marketing efforts and nurture them.

● Analyse marketing data and reports to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimise future campaigns.

● Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

● Manage and maintain a strong online brand presence across various digital platforms.

● Manage and maintain the content base of the firm’s website.

● Photography & photo editing understanding would be beneficial.

• Planning, hosting and attending relevant sales, marketing and industry events to promote the Spectrum Group.

•  Designing and creating materials as required and managing social media engagement on all relevant platforms

Qualifications

● Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

● In-depth technical expertise in using social media platforms for marketing purposes (e.g.,   LinkedIn Ads, Facebook etc)

● Experience & understanding of how to get the best from a CRM.

● Proven ability to manage and analyse marketing data using tools like Google Analytics 

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Strong organisational skills with the ability to work alone and as part of a team. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
