Architechtural Hub Ltd are an Established, Family Run, Architectural Services Business who work in the Domestic & Commercial markets.

They are seeking an Enthusiastic, Passionate and Results-oriented Part 2 Architectural Assistant who wants to progress their career. This role has an opportunity to grow into a senior, decision maker position & also to ultimately become a Director in the business.

This is an important role & you will be part of a growing, successful team who are focused on getting the business to the next level.

Key Requirements of the role


  1. Site Surveys and Client Briefings.
  2. Drafting 2D & 3D design packages for planning submission.
  3. Coordinating with external design team members.
  4. Developing & Coordinating Building Regulation packages.
  5. Attending Network events to represent the company.
  6. Engaging with new enquiries and discussing the clients proposed project.
  7. Independent time management.
  8. Opening and closing up of the office.
  9. Assisting the director with day-to-day task.


Results Expected In this Role

  1. Become a qualified Architect.
  2. Manage / run their own projects.
  3. Gained planning permission for projects. 
  4. Gained building control approval for projects.
  5. Grow Network.

Knowledge & Skills Required

  1. Expert at AutoCAD.
  2. Expert at Sketch up.
  3. Expert at Photoshop.
  4. Expert at InDesign.
  5. Have a professional manner when talking with clients in person and over the phone.
  6. Knowledge of Planning Policy requirements.
  7. Knowledge of Building Regulation / construction information.
  8. Engaging to network with new contacts.
  9. Work on many projects at once.
  10. Manage their own time across a number of deadlines / multiple projects.
  11. Great time keeping.
  12. Great communication.
  13. Well presented.

Experience Required

  1. Part 2 qualified.
  2. At least 2 years work experience within a professional architectural practice.
  3. Can hold a conversation with 3rd parties’ consultants.
  4. Has developed planning application drawings.
  5. Has worked on RIBA Work stage 0 – to – 4
  6. Worked on Residential projects

Other Special Requirements

  1. Keen to learn and ask questions.
  2. Loves to engage with new people.
  3. Has a desire to become an Architect and future Director of the business.

Salary & Benefits Package

  • 25K to 35K Subject to Experience
  • 37.5 hour week.
