Architect RIBA Part II (or equivalent)
Architect RIBA Part II (or equivalent)
Are you an Architectural Designer looking to take the next step, and do you want to become a top-performing architect?
We require 3 years' minimum work experience in the residential sector, with knowledge of Building Regulations that you can represent in your work and discuss in detail during the interview process.
Do you love creating great living spaces for people, and continually improve the success of your output, but feel you're not getting the ongoing support or rewards that you deserve from your present employer?
Do you want to join an Established Business and be an important cog in their growth plan?
We are not simply offering a job, we are offering a future within the business.
Architectural Hub is a growing, design-led architectural practice based in Essex, working on an expanding portfolio of residential and bespoke projects across the South East. As they continue to grow, they're looking for a talented, articulate, and driven RIBA Part II to join their team — someone who is eager to jump straight in and work across a number of projects at varying stages, from day one.
You will also be exposed to all stages of a project, including liaising with other industry professionals.
Applicants need to demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude, be able to work alongside the MD, and work well on their own.
The ideal candidate will be mature-minded, proactive, and full of creative energy. You’ll bring strong technical skills, a design-first mindset, and hands-on experience across all RIBA work stages in a design-led environment.
If you’re ready to do your best work yet — and be recognised for it — we’d love to hear from you!
A minimum of 2 years UK residential experience is a MUST.
