Leisure Electronics Ltd is a leading player in the regulated gambling industry, offering a wide range of existing top-class products & services. They are seeking an Apprentice Compliance Officer to join their team and support the execution of compliance strategies, and enhance their customer relationship management efforts.

Salary and Hours
Full Time - 40 hours. Permanent. Office-Based
This is a 20-month Apprenticeship, and you will qualify to Level 4 Regulatory Compliance Officer
£12 - £16 per hour, subject to age and experience, with the opportunity to enhance, to be discussed with the successful applicant

Role of regulation as a government tool:
How legislation (e.g. Gambling Act, LCCP) applies to your business
Impact of compliance on brand, customers, and growth
Managing Risk & Compliance:
Risk-based assessments tailored to gambling operations
Proportionate interventions and compliance checks
Gathering and using data to inform decision-making
Effective Operator Engagement:
Communicating with teams and regulators
Providing guidance and advice that drives behavioural change
Handling non-compliance with professionalism and fairness
Key Skills Developed:
Regulatory investigations & audits
Using digital tools for compliance
Multi-agency working
Supporting positive customer outcomes
