We are expanding our operations and seeking a Digital Cutting Machine Operator to contribute to our continued success. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC machines, ensuring proper setup and calibration.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to program CNC machines accordingly.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Load and unload materials into CNC machines, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines to minimise downtime.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Keep accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and materials used.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organised work area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Cutting Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a timely manner.
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials required.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines in a production environment.

Full time Salary: From £27,000 to £30,000+ OTE per year
Schedule:
- Normal Hours Monday to Thursdays 8am to 5pm
- Fridays 8am to 2pm
- Occasional Weekend availability
