The Everquip brand is renowned for its quality of product, making it a market leader in its field.

Due to increased sales and continued strong activity we are seeking to appoint a skilled and experienced Head of Projects who has a strong work ethic, to join their professional and friendly team.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Projects will be responsible for all aspects of the project from point of award to completion. 

You will be ultimately responsible for the post sale relationship, ensuring that client signs off on their requirements and acknowledges all aspects undertaken by both parties. You will manage all key projects and assign some projects to the members of your team to ensure successful delivery of all projects.

You would be expected under this role to report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities. Through strong understanding of established practices, templates, policies, tools you would manage the post-sale client relationships throughout the life cycle of the project. Some development of KPI’s and refinement of existing processes may be required to deliver improvements.

There would also be a requirement to prepare detailed project plans as required.

You would participate in project and production management meetings. Updating and co-ordinating with key internal stakeholders to ensure that all have timely and accurate information.

You may also be requirement to attend site for meetings with clients regarding projects and to ensure these are running to schedule along with collection of information at point of kick-off.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working in a fast-paced dynamic programs office, and be willing to adapt and get on with the job as circumstances change. 

Candidates with a construction background would be of an advantage but other sectors including but limited to Manufacturing, would be considered where tangible results and a proven track record can be demonstrated.

We operate a CRM package, Monday.com, so use of this system or similar would be of advantage although training would be given.

You will be driven to work to the highest quality levels Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Eye for detail with an ability to lead and work as part of a team.

We would expect the candidate to have some form of accreditation, such as Prince2 or equivalent although a strong track record within this role would also be considered. Self-motivated, proactive and the ability to work to timescales Flexible and Innovative problem solver

£45k to £60k + Car Allowance

Contributory pension, 28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and expenses when travelling on company business, free onsite parking.
